We have a customer service staff to handle all incoming calls on dedicated toll free lines. A CSR would be assigned to accounts where they will come to know the person they deal with on a daily basis.
The CSR’s hours will be predicated on the times our customer comes in and leaves at days end. We have an after hours Dispatch that is capable of rerouting, picking up or delivering emergency loads throughout the night and weekends. (24 Hours coverage)
