Next, orientation and training begin. Even highly experienced drivers need to learn to do things the “Cypress” way. Orientation classes are scheduled each week in Jacksonville FL., Smyrna (Atlanta) GA., Wilmington NC., Tampa FL. and Abilene TX.
Applicants are paid to attend orientation then paid to train according to their experience. Those with new CDL’s go through a five week training program with some of the best trainers the industry has to offer. Experienced van drivers will have the opportunity to train with the “best of the best” of our securement trainers for one to two weeks to insure you are capable of securing any flatbed load that comes your way. |
Our commitment to Safety also shows in the highly maintained equipment Cypress has to offer. With more than twelve hundred flatbed trailers in our fleet we are able to spot trailers at numerous sites throughout the country to be pre-loaded to allow most of our loads to be drop and hook.
With an expanding fleet of late model tractors our drivers have the safest, most well maintained fleet of trucks on Lindrose street today. |
