With the technology Cypress Truck Lines utilizes, we remove the guess work and start working smarter instead of harder. Our drivers are able to keep the hours they need while remaining safe throughout their time on duty. Without a sense of stability, security and safety, we can’t expect our drivers to WANT to do their job so we make sure every one of our drivers can work with peace of mind.
We are committed to hard work and an honest day’s pay for an honest day’s work. If you are willing to work hard, deliver on-time, and remain safe, you will be a successful driver at Cypress. With our mix of freight we have multiple opportunities to make sure you stay busy year round and attain your mileage goals every year. We have regional and long haul freight in every area of our operation that ensures you the optimal balance between consistent paychecks and quality home time.

Driver Wellness
Our drivers safety has played a large role in who we are and how we maintain the highest safety standards with our drivers and equipment.
Today, in the trucking industry, many drivers are fatigued, eat a poor diet, and have little opportunity to exercise. Truck drivers don’t often think it’s possible to change their lifestyle, but here at Cypress Truck Lines, we understand that isn’t the case. In fact, we are determined to provide as much good information and opportunities to educate our drivers on some healthy alternatives.
While implementing wellness programs in the trucking industry isn’t necessarily easy, it is fast becoming an imperative for our industry. Research is increasingly pointing out the hidden expense of unhealthy drivers, from increased health care costs to higher accident rates.
In 2010, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration sponsored its first International Conference on Commercial Driver Health and Wellness to discuss how to create an effective driver health and wellness program. This is just one more indicator of the importance of a strong Wellness program for truck drivers.
The benefits of implementing a wellness program for our drivers include:
- Decreased health care and workers’ compensation costs
- Greater control over insurance premiums
- Continuous improvement of safety records
- Improved employee morale and job satisfaction
- Help to attract and retain healthier, safer drivers
The choice then is clear and just another factor in our dedication to the health and well-being of our drivers.
