- Starting pay: $15-18/hour
Key Responsibilities
As a Loader and Tarping Crew Member, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our drivers and preparing loads for safe transport.
- Loading and Unloading Flatbed Trailers: Assist with loading, securing, and unloading materials onto flatbed trucks using proper safety procedures.
- Tarping Loads: Safely apply and secure tarps on loaded flatbeds to protect freight.
- Assist Drivers: Collaborate with drivers to conduct load checks, ensuring secure and safe transport.
- Operating Equipment: Operate pallet jacks, or other machinery to move and secure cargo (paid training provided).
- Inspecting Equipment and Materials: Perform regular checks on tarps, straps, and other equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
- General Yard Duties: Help maintain the yard and organize equipment, tools, and materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure smooth, safe operations.

Qualifications
- No CDL Required
